These classes are designed to support strength, mobility, and connection—without pressure or comparison.

I offer classes in two settings: my independent studio and a gym environment. While the locations may differ, the intention remains the same: movement that feels accessible, grounded, and purposeful.

Independent Studio Classes

Studio classes offer a slower, more intentional pace with room to tune inward. These sessions often blend strength, mobility, and yoga-inspired movement, creating space for both effort and ease.

This is a supportive environment for women who want to move mindfully and feel connected—to their bodies and to the room.

Gym-Based Classes

At Advanced Movement & Wellness

Gym classes provide a more structured group setting while still honoring form, safety, and nervous-system awareness. These classes emphasize functional strength and confidence, without the pressure to perform or keep up.
